Billadi Publishing House, a subsidiary of the European Palestinian Chamber of Commerce, a registered non-profit organization publishes several publications, among them the well- known weekly The Jerusalem times newspaper, the only Palestinian English language newspaper in the West Bank and Gaza. It serves a wide spectrum of readers all over the world. It delivers the Palestinian view on the current issues that concern Palestinian and world public opinion in unbiased terms. 

The Jerusalem Times was first published in February 1994 in Jerusalem by professional Palestinian journalists. The newspaper covers different issues, a reflection of Palestinian society and the effects of international events on it. TJT cover the news items through the eyes of local reporters and try to provide timely effective information that relays the whole picture to the world. TJT reports to our readers aspects of the Palestinian culture, religion, education, economy and tourism. The Jewish-Arab center for peace, Givat Haviva, was established in 1963, the goal was to limit the distances between the two nations, and to learn how to know the other side, in cooperation and equality. The center encourages initiations for learning, research and community work in things attached to peace, democracy, co-existence, suffering and social solidarity. Every year, more than 50 thousand person, young and adults, from Israel and from other countries, participate in courses, conferences, workshops and lectures that take place in the Givat Haviva's campus, in schools and in colleges. website http://www.dialogate.org.il
